Firmware downloads

All downloadable firmware upgrades are the sole intellectual property of RSW International and protected by Copyright Law. By downloading such a firmware, you agree to use it solely with RSW International hardware for its intended purpose. You agree not to modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or alter firmware in any way.

RSW International does not accept or imply liability resulting from firmware upgrades, such upgrades should be performed entirely at the risk of the user.

Use as Critical Components
​
Products sold by RSW International are not authorized for use in critical applications. Critical applications defined herein as systems in which the failure of a single component could cause a life loss or substantial property damage (life support systems, nuclear, military etc.). If you intend to use RSW International products in such applications, you must first obtain a written authorization from RSW International and have a written agreement with RSW International regarding such a use.

Privacy and Security

In order to fulfil orders, RSW International must collect, temporary store and transmit some personal information of the user such as names, postal and email addresses, credit card numbers, etc. RSW International will not purposely share personal information with any third parties and/or agencies, unless mandated by the state or federal law.

Any personal data collected through this website will be treated as confidential in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Cookies and Website Traffic Analysis

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

RSW International products come with 1-year limited warranty and guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. If product is found to be defective, RSW International will replace or repair the product free of charge within 1 year from the date of original purchase. See below for limitations.

RSW International, under its sole discretion, may decide to repair, replace, or refund the cost of the defective products. All defective products must be first returned to RSW International and pass an inspection process before warranty claim can be approved. Defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, use for not intended purpose and/or abuse are not covered. Warranty is void if any part of the product was physically damaged, submersed in liquids, subjected to electrostatic discharge, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

This warranty does not apply to installation and shipping costs. Any expenses occurred because of RSW International product failure, including but not limited to product installation, downtime and defective output are sole responsibility of the purchaser.

This Website and all its content are provided on “AS IS” basis. RSW International makes no warranties, expressed, or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

RSW International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential injury, lose or damage including not limited to lost data, lost savings, lost profits or lost business opportunity arising from the use of this Web site, and/or RSW International products regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to, contract, warranty, negligence, or strict liability.

RSW International shall not be obligated to sell any products or services to you or to take on your business. RSW International reserves the right to refuse the sale and cancel the transaction even after checkout process has been completed.
